Nutrient calculations of recipes
Here you can rely on a database comprising more than 10,000 individual building blocks of BLS (the German Food Code and Nutrient Data Base). Have the system calculate carbonhydrates, proteins, fat and calories as well as the contents of over 100 additional nutrients (e.g. saturated - unsaturated fatty acids, fibers, bread exchanges, but also vitamins and minerals).

Preparation losses are taken into account
Calculate your ingredients exactly as they are used in your kitchen. Just enter the amount of raw materials used and select the way of preparation at a click. Whether boiling, braising or roasting … - nut.s kitchen helps you to track changes in the composition of nutrients easily. Furthermore you now can also include ingredients which are no longer present in the meal – as e.g. braised vegetables when preparing stock.

Search functions for recipes
Whether for the calorie-conscious or for sportspersons, use these functions to search your recipes for certain characteristics within seconds, e.g. “recipes below 500 kcal” or “protein-rich meals” or even “vegetarian meals”. The search for specific ingredients can be especially helpful. For example you find here “recipes with zucchinis” as fast as “recipes without zucchinis”.

Shopping lists
