How does this work in detail?
You can transfer ingredients from the underlying nutritional value tables. The Federal Food Code BLS and the Austrian Nutritional Value Table ÖNWT are available as nutritional value tables. Use a part of a word to specify which food you are looking for and click on ‘Search’. Double-click or click on the ‘Add’ button to add the ingredient to your recipe.
Enter the quantity and unit of the ingredient. Under ‘Details’, you can also enter a preparation loss and a number of portions. The preparation loss is a weight loss, i.e. it indicates how much lighter the product is after preparation (because water evaporates).
You can call up the result of the calculation under ‘Calculation’ and save it as an HTML or XLS file. You can save the entire recipe, including ingredients, locally on your computer and load it again at a later time for further processing.
Please note that a valid access key is required for some functions.
